School Overview

ESALQ’s mission is to promote teaching, research, and outreach activities in the fields of Agricultural, Environmental, Biological, and Applied Social Sciences. The aim is to educate professionals with excellence and citizenship, recognized nationally and internationally, and to address the needs of society. ESALQ strives to innovate and integrate strategic knowledge areas to provide sustainable solutions to local and global challenges. All activities are conducted with principles of ethics, respect, conscientious management, and quality. ESALQ is located on the Piracicaba Campus, in the city of Piracicaba, which is 150 km from the capital São Paulo.
