The mission of the Ribeirão Preto School of Nursing [Escola de Enfermagem de Ribeirão Preto] (EERP) is to generate and disseminate nursing and health knowledge that contributes to the scientific advancement of the profession, with the goal of improving public health. EERP is dedicated to training nurses and professionals in related fields, ensuring they possess high technical-scientific and political competence, while emphasizing comprehensiveness, interdisciplinarity, leadership, and the integration of teaching, research, and outreach. EERP values a democratic work process committed to ethical, humanistic, and equitable principles, fostering a supportive and constructive organizational atmosphere based on partnerships and collaboration both internally and externally, in line with the school’s mission. EERP’s vision is to be a national and international benchmark in the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge and in the training of exceptional human resources in nursing and related areas. EERP is located on the Ribeirão Preto Campus, in the city of Ribeirão Preto.
