Academic Cooperation

USP participates in global academic networks and maintains strategic partnership programs with renowned institutions in Brazil and abroad, promoting innovation and fostering joint efforts to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The International Office acts as its representative in establishing academic cooperation agreements, scheduling visits and meetings, and hosting visiting foreign delegations.

Liaison Office

Visits to the International Office and other central administration bodies of USP and/or official and institutional meetings with their representatives should be requested through the Liaison Office of USP’s International Office.

Visits to the Teaching and Research Units can be requested directly through the Local International Offices of each unit.

Cooperation Agreements

International academic networks are multilateral structures formed by associations, consortia, or groups that bring together higher education institutions and research centers around common missions and objectives within the context of international cooperation.

By estabilishing academic agreements, institutions can develop collaborative projects, share resources, and deepen research in areas of mutual interest, as well as expand their presence on the global stage.
